Town of Sandy Creek
Welcome to the Town of Sandy Creek
Welcome to the Town of Sandy Creek

Our first residents, Ernest and Martha Grainger, moved into Sandy Creek Acres in May 1981. With the vision of Mr. Grainger and our 17 founding families, we established The Town of Sandy Creek in August 1988. We began as a private, rural community along US 74.

On the first Monday of each month, we hold Town meetings at 7:00 PM. The Town Council gathers to discuss Town business, make crucial decisions, vote, and take public comment. We involve the community and prioritize their needs and voices. Contact us at 910-655-3153 with any questions.

The town is implementing a welfare check service for anyone who would like to be included in this service. It is voluntary basis through our emergency system. We are excited to offer this service to anyone living alone or who may have health issues and would want to be checked on via a call. Please call the town hall at 910-655-3153 for assistance or more information.
We love our citizens, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
